Education is a basic need and is very essential, all students are entitled to Relevant education and training according to the Kenyan constitution. There is say which says, "IF EDUCATION IS TOO HARD TRY IGNORANCE". Together collectively with elected leaders and well-wishers, we will renovate learning institutions. Equip the institutions with enough and quality learning materials. Ensure the trainees offer good and quality services to their trainers. And to encourage students to work hard to shape their future and make it bright. Also, to encourage parents to take their children to school to gain knowledge.

Security also is very essential to human beings. All citizens are entitled to good and reliable security according to the Kenyan constitution. The foundation leadership together with elected leaders and citizens of good will will ensure all citizens are secure by additional of more police stations in support of the national government. Also, I will fix the street lights at various market places and dangerous strategic points.

Youths are the leading in terms of population in our Country and they are the most energetic, therefore are the agents of production and are the backbone of the economy of the Nation. Through youth projects the youths will be able to contribute to the growing of the Nation economy.

• (a) ICT PROJECT: Fund the youths who have acquired the knowledge and skills of ICT to start ict business by opening photocopiers and cyber cafes. Encouraging them to put their gained skills into practice thus creating self- employment.
• (b) TREE PLANTING: Tree planting will promote many things, Conservation of the environment, prevent soil erosion, promote agroforestry and it's a long-term investment.
• (c) CHICKEN REARING: Through chicken rearing project youths will have of income by selling eggs and both matured and immature hens locally or internationally.
• (d) WELDING PROJECTS: The youths with the welding knowledge and skills will be funded to and encouraged to open up welding shops thus creating self-employment and earn a living.
• (e) STARTING SMALL BUSINESS (OPEN SHOPS, KINYOZI'S AND SALOON'S): Youths will be funded to open up and start small business projects e.g. opening shops, kinyozi's and saloons thus create a source of employment t and generate income.
• (f) AGRI- BUSINESS PROJECTS: Agriculture is the backbone of the economy of the republic of Kenya 75% of the economy is made up of agriculture sector. Youths will be funded to start agriculture projects e.g. planting of vegetables and also engage themselves in cash crop farming by planting tea, coffee and pyrethrum. By doing so the source of income will be generated and the percentage of unemployment will be reduced.
• (g) FISH REARING: Construction of fish ponds for rearing fish e.g. Cat fish and Tilapia. The project will also create a source of income to youths.
• (h) BRICKS PRODUCTION: Motivate youths to for up groups for producing bricks and sell them locally to customers available who are building houses, offices, hotels, schools, hospitals etc.

Together with other elect and non-elect leaders we will offer civic education to our youths to encourage them not to fear to fight for their rights, through civic education we will enlighten them to understand the Kenya constitution their rights and the roles they play to the community. Also, we will encourage them to vie for leadership political seats and support and push for youth representation in leadership in both National and county Government. Encourage them to be united thus champion their interests together. Aespo once said "united we stand divided we fall."

With the existing boreholes we liaise with elected leaders & well-wishers, citizens to be connected with tap water for usage. Each household will contribute a reasonable amount of money to purchase for the instruments for connecting water and for maintenance.

Self-employment will be created by training and issuing of licenses to the BODA BODA riders, also protective gears will be offered to them.

According to the Kenyan constitution one should embrace his/her own culture and respect the culture and traditions for other tribes. Together with our grandfathers and grandmothers we will mobilize the youths and we will teach them the omogusii culture.

Together with KERRA and the National Government roads will be repaired and maintained to enable easy accessibility doing so our farm products will be transported to the market without delayment.

Together with elected leaders and well-wishers e.g. the zonal tea, coffee and pyrethrum directors we will fight for the farmers rights and justice to be granted into them. Also, farmers will be provided with protective gears e.g. gumboots, overall, gloves etc. to enable them minimize injuries while working.

Electricity will be supplied to each and every house hold in the ward because power contributes to intensive rural area development. Also, schools, churches hospitals etc. will be supplied with power.

Through rural intensive development which will be achieved by strategy No.4, 7,9,10, and 11 will lead to creation of jobs, transformation and development of Gesima Ward thus the percentage of unemployment will be reduced and economic growth will increase rapidly.

Together with the (47) county management team we will ensure all the existing markets are cleaned regularly to prevent the spread of diseases caused by dirt. Also, I will ensure the addition of necessary facilities which are used by the citizens e.g. toilets, handwashing points, dustbins etc.

Talents, creativity and innovation also generate income. One can earn a living through the mentioned above. We will promote talent, creativity and innovation of an individual through funding thus enabling the person to prosper and excel with his/her talent, creativity, and innovation.

In support of strategy 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 9, 10, 11 and 14 fighting poverty, hunger, illiteracy, ignorance, etc. will have been achieved successfully. Also, we will encourage citizens to work hard to cater to their needs and family needs. Thus, contributing to Nation development.

Corruption is an evergreen subject in Africa. It's sweet to many in power and has hindered development at the national, county, and ward levels. I will be accountable and transparent with the ward funds allocated for various ward projects and development. We will ensure that there is no tribalism by uniting all Kenyan citizens. "One people, one Nation". Allocation of resources to the 47 County Governments will be equally distributed and allocated fairly without any favoritism or discrimination.

Leadership is a symbol of unity. Power will not be used to divide citizens, nor will discrimination or any other form of injustice be used against them. We will promote unity by encouraging citizens to love one another, help each other, and respect the religion of various individuals. Above all, we will respect and adhere to the law of the land since nobody is above the law.

We will fight for the rights of individuals with disabilities by ensuring that they are given equal opportunities and treated well without discrimination. Also, I will champion their interests and ensure that they are served with a lot of integrity and dignity.

We will make sure our girls and women are respected in our societies and that they are treated with a lot of dignity, given equal opportunities, and not discriminated against in any manner. We will fight against rape in the society and make sure we have defeated it. We will also fight for the rights of the poor and oppressed and ensure that our elderly parents, grandfathers, and grandmothers are treated well and respected.

We will ensure that all citizens participate in nation building at all levels economically, socially, and politically. Economically, they should work smart in their area of specialization and contribute to economic growth. Politically, they should be represented and represent others through a democratic way of ruling by pushing for youth representation. Socially, they should respect their own and other tribes' culture and promote it. By doing so, we will achieve nation building.
